Job Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Creating engaging and compelling content for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. This content can include posts, articles, blogs, videos, infographics, and more.

  • Content Strategy: Developing and implementing content strategies aligned with the organization's goals and target audience. This involves understanding the brand voice, messaging, and tone and ensuring consistency across all platforms.

  • Social Media Management: Managing social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages, and staying up-to-date with platform algorithm changes and trends.

  • Audience Engagement: Interacting with followers and building relationships with the online community. This may involve running contests, polls, and Q&A sessions to encourage interaction and feedback.

  • Analytics and Reporting: Tracking and analyzing social media metrics to measure the performance of content and campaigns. Using insights to optimize strategies and improve engagement and reach.

  • Collaboration: Working closely with other departments such as marketing, PR, and customer service to coordinate campaigns and ensure consistency in messaging across all channels.

  • Stay Updated: Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in social media and content marketing to continuously improve strategies and stay ahead of the competition.

  • Content Calendar Management: Planning and maintaining a content calendar to ensure a consistent publishing schedule and timely delivery of content.

  • SEO Optimization: Optimizing content for search engines to improve visibility and reach. This may involve keyword research, meta tags optimization, and incorporating SEO best practices into content creation.

  • Brand Advocacy: Acting as a brand advocate by promoting the organization's values, products, and services through storytelling and compelling content.
